A Bed bug infestation can be a hotels worst nightmare. If a room becomes infested with bed bugs, the hotel will have to spend thousands of dollars trying to contain the infestation. This includes shutting down the infested room and any rooms that may be adjacent to the room.

Besides the cost of getting rid of the bed bugs, the hotel will also have to play damage control when it comes to their reputation. No hotel wants to have their name associated with bed bugs. If you have guest complain about bed bugs, that can potentially ruin a hotels reputation and make them lose a lot of money in damages.

That is one of the reasons why hotels often aggressively defend against claims that they have bed bugs in their hotel. If someone posts a review claiming bed bugs, you can bet the hotel manager will deny any allegations of bed bugs.

It is no wonder that this hotel has a 2.5 star rating on Google and a 2.5 star rating on Trip Advisor. This hotel is one of the most reported bed bug hotels in the entire U.S. Take a look at the Trip Advisor reviewsand you will see a number of complaints about bed bugs at this hotel.

Anytime you are staying at a budget hotel, you are more likely to get bed bugs because of the clientele that are staying at the hotel. While the location is considered great for New York, make sure you take care to inspect your room before you settle in at night.

If you are looking to stay in a hotel in New York, this is definitely one that I would look up recent reviews before book my trip.

If you plan on visiting the the Fort Rapids Indoor Waterpark, you may want to consider staying somewhere outside of the resort. According to Trip Advisor, this hotel has a 2.5/5 star rating, something that will cause alarm to any potential guests. There have been a number of bed bugs incidents reported at this hotel, so you should be careful when you book your stay here.

This hotel falls into the you have been warned category of places that you probably should reconsider before you book your stay. If you plan on staying in Niagara Falls I would suggest you look at another destination so you avoid having any encounters.

There were a number of reports of bed bugs at this hotel, so make sure you check out the latest reviews to make sure there are not any more incidents around the date of your arrival. Take precautions to make sure that you do not bring any bed bugs back with you if you are staying in this area.

It is not surprising that a guesthouse makes the list of one of the worst hotels to stay at. If you think about the type of customers most guesthouses have, they are not the cleanliest of people. Given the low prices and the shared rooms, it is not surprising that there have been a number of complaints about bed bugs at this location.

The truth is, hostels and guesthouses are often the most infested locations simply because they have backpackers who are traveling through on a budget. Given the wide mix of people staying in the dorms, you are always bound to get a few bed bugs infesting the room from time to time.

The old saying you get what you pay for usually rings true when it comes tohotels. The Beach Plaza hotel is the cheapest hotel on the ocean, but it also comes with a few extra surprises. If you plan on visiting Fort Lauderdale, make sure you bring a suitcase that is bed bug proof. There is nothing worse than bringing bed bugs back to your home.

While the French are typically known for their good wine and food, there are a growing number of reports of bed bugs in different hotesl in France. If you plan on visiting the beautiful city of Avignon, France, I would recommend you stay clear of the Hotel de Blavauc. This hotel has had a number of bed bug reports in the last few years on Trip Advisor. It is rate 2.5/5 stars of Trip Advisor, if you are probably better off looking for another place to stay.

Another hotel from Amsterdam makes the list of 10 worst bed bug infested hotels. Amsterdam is known as the city where drugs and prostitution are legal, which is not surprising that they also have quite a number of bed bug infestations. If you plan on visiting Amsterdam, I would probably give the Hotel Y Boulevard a pass and look for something a bit cleaner.

This place was given a 2/5 star rating on Trip Advisor, which means that besides the bed bugs, you can expect a pretty poor standard during your stay. If you choose to visit this place, do so at your own risk.

The Sandman is the only hotel in Vancouver that makes this list. While the reviews are quite mixed on Trip Advisor, there have been a number of reports of bed bugs being spotted in this hotel over the years. Since there hasnt been many recent reports, it looks like this place is a safe place to visit. With a 3/5 star rating on Trip Advisor, this place can be a hit or miss depending on your luck.
