I received quotes from three exterminators for a nasty bed bug problem. Each place sent me a quote. Danny's quote stated that he needed more information to quote me a fair price, so I called, and was connected with him personally! Danny was extremely personable and kind. I explained that the other comapanies only gave a 30 or 60 day guarantee. One exterminator in particular required an additional (very expensive fee) to sign up for a year guarantee. If any of you have bed bugs, you know that these creatures leave you sleepless, and make you feel like you are going insane...they are difficult to get rid of! Not only did he say that he would give me a year guarantee - but promised me that no matter what, he would make sure the problem is resolved!!!When the other "pros" were asked how many customers they treated for bed bugs in particular, they didn't know! Danny had the answer without hesitation - 60 plus homes, nursing homes, apartment buildings..you name it PER MONTH! He was exceptionally caring about the fact that I had just been through an extensive abdominal surgery, and told me not to worry about lifting heavy stuff; that he would do it himself.
