New Bed Bug Bill Submitted and Complimentary Samples of Non-Pesticide Bed Bug Spray Presented to Help Landlords and …

New York, NY (PRWEB) April 04, 2013

A new Bed Bug Bill is already half-cooked. Based on a report posted on April 02, 2013 by boston.com, a recently proposed bed bug law that aims to help landlords and tenants has just passed the House and is now being considered by the Senate. Meanwhile, with the same purpose, My Cleaning Products announced it was giving out complimentary samples of its non-pesticide bed bug spray Bed Bug Bully. It asserted that it is the best solution available against the blood-fed insects.

As said in the report, My Cleaning Products stated that the bill would clear whose responsibility it is to solve the bed bug infestation in apartments and other housing complexes. It detailed that particularly, the proposed law obligates the landlords to investigate a bed bug case and to take reasonable actions to get rid of the pests.

However, as also specified in the report, MCP added that the proposed law on bed bugs asks tenants to coordinate and ready the unit for the treatment. It related that in case it's proven that the tenant is actually the source of bed bugs, the bill also requires him or her to recoup the money spent for the extermination to the landlord.

Here is an excerpt from the post New Bed Bug Bill Reaches the Senate by My Cleaning Products.

Housing complexes are some of the most common places that bed bugs love to invade. They also present some of the worst bed bug infestation cases. Primarily, that's because it is not legally clear who's responsible to pay for the treatment. With the new bed bug bill though, that could be fairly determined.

In a report from boston.com, it was said that the Senate was already looking into a bed bug bill that the House already passed. The bill aims to unblurr the responsibilities of the landlord and his tenants when it comes to the infestation of bed bugs.

My Cleaning Products said that the new Bed Bug Bill would surely solve the common conflict between landlords and tenants regarding bed bug infestations. However, it stated that any tenant should not let a bed bug encounter reach the worst-case scenario. That worst-case scenario, as it explained, is one being covered with bed bug bites, the pests all-over the place and either the landlord or tenant would have to pay a huge sum for the bed bug treatment.

To avoid that worst-case scenario, the company stated that one could get a Bed Bug Bully. Proven effective and approved as pesticide-exempt, it asserted that the said bed bug spray could kill bed bugs and its eggs and nymphs right away. And because it is safe for health, MCP added that it requires no evacuation, which makes the bed bug treatment hassle-free as well.

But apart from just recommending Bed Bug Bully, MCP also shared that samples of it are already available today. It urged the public to try it, so they could see for themselves how well it works. And as it relayed, anyone could get Complimentary Samples of Bed Bug Bully at MyCleaningProducts.com.
