According to the report, the ingredient ivermectin in Stromectol is basically what makes it fatal to the vampire like pests. The research specifically found out that bed bugs that fed on a blood with Stromectol died within three hours after their meal time.

However, taking in the drugs is risky, related the report. Back in 1997, the use of it was associated with a number of deaths, especially among the senior citizens.
