State police report bed bugs were found in men's fitting rooms at the Washington Township Walmart.
EDINBORO State police in Girard are investigating reports that someone released bed bugs in a men's fitting room at the Walmart at 108 Washington Towne Boulevard in Washington Township.
The incident was reported on Thursday. A Walmart manager contacted state police and reported that store staff found a closed pill bottle that contained live bugs crawling inside of it, police said.
The pill bottle was found in a boys' jacket, police reported.
Store officials contacted Ecolab. An Ecolab employee on Friday observed bed bugs crawling around in the men's fitting rooms, police reported.
A second closed pill bottle containing several dead bugs was found by a store employee on the floor in the men's department near belts, police reported.
