Booneville hires exterminator to kill bed bugs at elementary school – 4029tv

BOONEVILLE, Ark.

Bed bugs have been found at Booneville Elementary, according to John Parrish, District Superintendent.

4-5 bugs were found inside the elementary school last week, Parrish told 40/29 News. Parents were not made aware of the issue.

The school originally planned to try to kill the bugs on its own, Parrish said, but the district decided to hire an exterminator after hearing concern from parents.

The exterminator has been scheduled to work at the school at 4 p.m. on Friday, February 10, Parrish said. School will remain in session for the week.
